1. Definitions

In these Bonus Terms and Conditions the following terms have the meanings set forth below. Unless the context requires otherwise capitalised terms used herein shall have the meanings defined in the general Terms and Conditions of Use.

  • Bonus: A credit, free spins or other reward granted to a Player by Ffbet in connection with a Promotion, credited to the Bonus Balance and subject to wagering requirements and other limitations.
  • Bonus Balance: The portion of a Player account representing funds derived from a Bonus, subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms.
  • Real Balance: Funds belonging to the Player that may be withdrawn or used for gambling, separate from the Bonus Balance.
  • Wagering Requirements: The number of times the total Bonus Amount and any Deposit Amount must be staked or played through before Eligible Winnings may be withdrawn or transferred to Real Balance.
  • Deposit Bonus: A Bonus awarded in connection with a Deposit, with wagering requirements as described in these Bonus Terms.
  • Non-Cashable Bonus: A Bonus that, once wagering is completed or the Bonus is consumed, cannot be transferred to Real Balance.
  • Free Spins: Spins awarded within a Promotion that do not reduce funds from the Player's Real Balance; winnings from Free Spins are subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
  • Pending Bonus: A Bonus that becomes available for use only after stated wagering or other conditions are satisfied.
  • Irregular Play: Practices considered abusive or exploitative of Bonuses, as further defined in these Bonus Terms.
  • Claimable Bonus: A Bonus that has been credited but remains subject to wagering requirements or other conditions before withdrawal or transfer to Real Balance.

2. Eligibility and Activation

Bonuses are available only to Players with a valid Ffbet account who have fulfilled any deposit or offer requirements specified in the applicable Promotion Terms. The Player must be at least eighteen years old and physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. Bonuses are generally limited to one account per Player, household, address, payment method and IP address where allowed by law.

To receive a Bonus the Player must comply with the Promotion Terms and, where required, opt in to the Promotion or have the Promotion automatically credited upon qualifying eligibility. The Bonus Balance shall be allocated in the currency configured on the Player's account and remains subject to these Bonus Terms and any Promotion specific terms.

3. Grant and Use of Bonus

Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and may be used in accordance with these Bonus Terms. The maximum Bonus Amount that may be awarded under a Promotion is €100 or the equivalent in the Player's account currency unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms. Bonuses may be cashable or non cashable as described in the Promotion Terms and shall be treated accordingly for wagering and withdrawal purposes.

The Player must use the Bonus Balance in conjunction with or before using Real Balance in wagering. If a bet uses both Bonus and Real funds, any winnings are allocated to the Bonus Balance unless the Promotion Terms require a different treatment.

4. Wagering Requirements and Redemption

Wagering requirements apply to the Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom. The standard wagering requirement for a Deposit Bonus is 30 times the aggregate Deposit Amount plus Bonus Amount. If the total Bonus Amount exceeds the Deposit Amount used to claim the offer, the wagering requirement on the excess Bonus Amount shall be 60 times the Bonus Amount only. Wagering shall be calculated on Eligible Bets as defined in Section 5.

Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any withdrawal of funds associated with the Bonus. The maximum period to complete wagering is 30 days from the date the Bonus is credited. If the Wagering Requirements are not satisfied within the period, the Bonus and any related winnings shall be forfeited and removed from the Player's account, unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms.

5. Game Weights and Eligible Games

For purposes of fulfilling Wagering Requirements the following contributions apply unless a Promotion Terms states otherwise:

  • Standard wagering: Bets placed in Slots, Table Games and other eligible games count toward wagering at 100% unless excluded by the Promotion Terms.
  • Mixed wagering: Bets placed in non Slots or non Scratch games count toward wagering at 10%.
  • Special Mixed wagering: Bets placed in non Slots and Scratch games count toward wagering at 50% and apply only for designated Promotions.
  • Crash games: Bets placed in Crash type games count toward wagering at 20%.

Some games may be excluded from contributing to wagering or have reduced contributions; the information card within the casino platform or the Promotion Terms will specify any exclusions or reduced contributions.

6. Betting Limits During Wagering

During active wagering on a Bonus, the maximum bet per spin or per wager placed that affects wagering shall not exceed 10% of the original Bonus Amount or 5 EUR/GBP/USD, whichever is lower. The minimum bet allowed is 0.10 EUR/GBP/USD unless the Promotion Terms state otherwise. Any bet exceeding these limits may void wagering on the affected bets and potentially remove winnings.

7. Free Spins and Non-Deposit Offers

Free spins issued in connection with a Promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as the Bonus. Free spins do not deduct funds from the Player's Real Balance and winnings from Free Spins are credited to the Bonus Balance and remain subject to wagering requirements.

Where a Promotion awards non-deposit Free Spins or Free Spins are granted without a deposit, the maximum amount that the Player may win or withdraw from such Free Spins is €100 or twice the Bonus Amount, whichever is greater. The greater amount applies. Free Spins expiration periods, if any, are stated in the Promotion Terms. Winnings in excess of the applicable limit will be removed from the Player's account.

8. Expiration, Forfeiture and Re-activation

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotion Terms, Bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of credit. If a Bonus or Free Spins is not used or wagering requirements are not met within the period, the Bonus, Free Spins and any related winnings shall be forfeited and removed from the Player's account. If wagering is not completed and the Player opens additional Promotions or makes a new deposit, the remaining Bonus may be considered Consumed and further wagering may be prevented. Players may contact Support to request continued wagering in order to apply Consumed status to their session.

9. Cancellation, Reinstatement and Misconfiguration

Ffbet reserves the right to correct misconfigurations by removing affected winnings and re‑adding the Bonus under the correct configuration. If a Promotion is cancelled or modified, Bonuses already redeemed remain valid to the extent delivered, subject to the applicable terms. Ffbet may suspend or close accounts for suspected bonus abuse or irregular activity, including multi‑accounting or manipulation of wagering requirements.

10. Irregular Play and Bonus Abuse

Ffbet reserves the right to review transaction records and gaming activity for irregular play. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, low margin betting, hedge betting, equal betting, multi‑accounting, and currency switching to exploit Promotions. If irregular play is suspected, Ffbet may rescind the Bonus, void winnings and suspend or close the affected Player accounts. If a withdrawal is pending at the time of claiming a non‑deposit Bonus, Ffbet reserves the right to void subsequent winnings derived from that Bonus including the Bonus amount.

11. Withdrawals and Interaction with Bonuses

Withdrawal requests made while a Bonus is active may be delayed or refused until the applicable Wagering Requirements are satisfied. If a Player withdraws without risking the Deposit used to claim the Bonus, the Bonus shall be forfeited. Payouts will be allocated to the largest Bonus that has been used. If two Bonuses apply with different terms, the Promotion Terms corresponding to the larger Bonus shall prevail. If a withdrawal is reversed, any Bonus related winnings may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12. Promotions, Rights to Modify and Currency

Ffbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are credited in the currency configured on the Player's account. Promotional emails may be sent to eligible Players; Players may opt out by contacting Customer Support. If a Promotion is intended for a specific cohort and a Player does not meet the criteria, payout requests may be refused.

13. General Provisions

These Bonus Terms form part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. In case of inconsistency, the applicable Promotion Terms shall prevail. These Bonus Terms are subject to the Privacy Policy and the KYC Policy; Player data will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
